ZURICH — Fifa had high praise for World Cup winners Spain in its official analysis of the 2010 tournament yesterday, but said African countries harmed their chances on home soil by employing foreign coaches.

FIFA’s official analysis of the 2010 World Cup finals has suggested that Spain could be team of the century. The Iberians won the footballing extravaganza in style on African soil in July to back up the European championship they had won two years ago.
